Founded by veteran restaurateur Vittorio Lanni and his wife Kimberly Auth Lanni, our trattoria brings the authentic flavors and convivial spirit of Italy to the local community Located at 453 Piermont Ave., our restaurant offers a casual yet authentic Italian dining experience that celebrates the diverse culinary traditions of Naples.

Our Story

Inspired by his roots in Benevento, a province of Naples, Lanni envisioned a place that captures the essence of a traditional Italian trattoria—casual, welcoming, and rich in culinary heritage. After the success of their fine-dining establishment, Lanni’s Cucina Verace Italiana in Sparkill, the couple opened Trattoria Da Vittorio to offer a relaxed dining experience that appeals to everyone.

Our Cuisine

At Trattoria Da Vittorio, we celebrate the diverse regional cuisines of Italy with a menu that emphasizes fresh, handmade dishes. We take pride in making all our pastas and mozzarella in-house, including the creamy fior di latte, made from cow’s milk. Our wood-fired pizzas are baked in a custom oven imported from Naples, delivering the classic Neapolitan taste.

Sixteen months after introducing Italian fine dining to Sparkill with Lanni’s Cucina Verace Italiana, veteran restaurateur Vittorio Lanni has opened a new place in Piermont, complete with (at least for the moment) a red Ferrari parked outside next to signs pointing to Amalfi, Salerno, Positano, Napoli and Procida.
